m-RESIST poster "m-RESIST, a modular intervention programme addressed to patients with treatment-resistant schizophrenia" was displayed in the ICIC17 – 17th International Conference on Integrated Care “Building a platform for integrated care: delivering change that matters to people” that took place in Dublin, Ireland from 8 to 10 May 2017. The poster was presented by Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau at Theme 3 "Preventing and managing chronic disease: engaging and empowering people".
